Booking a Home Vaccinator

Our amazing Foster Carers, after reviewing the treatment plan and, if needed, consulting with their Foster Coordinator, can request a home vaccination using the vet bookings request form on the FFARQ website.

Once received, Vet Bookings will promptly forward the home vaccinator request via email to the selected Home Vaccinator, asking them to get in touch with the foster carer (cc Vet Bookings) to finalise a date and time.

Once the date and time are set, the Home Vaccinator updates the vaccination record in Shelter Manager, revising the required date to match the agreed-upon schedule with the foster carer.

In our cats and vet bookings meetings, we regularly review recent vaccinations to ensure they were completed and accurately recorded in Shelter Manager.
